The Lead of Global Media- will be responsible for helping set the strategy, operating principles & best practices for media across the globe (priority regions are NA/EMEA with oversight to LATAM and APAC). Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Media, you will work across functions within Marketing and Consumer Engagement to create the global go-to-market playbook for campaigns within the Run and Basketball categories.
The perfect candidate will be someone who enjoys creating new media experiences, is obsessed with consumer trends in media and understands how to leverage all of the tools at their disposal to move consumers through the entire purchase funn,.
Must have: Intellectual curiosity, resilience and the ability to turn ambiguity into focused action
What will you do?
Serve as a center of excellence in media for the globe and assit regions in their local planning
Partner with brand management team to define the role of media and its accountability to the business
Identify and articulate business and consumer insights that lead to new ways to connect with consumers.
Develop communications plans that are rooted in a deep understanding of target consumer and their media behaviors.
Provide an insights-based mapping of current path-to-purchase, inclusive of the role of media, influencers & digital channels.
What have you accomplished already?
A digital native with 6+ years’ experience in marketing communications. Social media and content marketing experience preferred
Successful cross-functional relationships & history of collaboration
Experience with Adobe Analytics
Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically is critical to the success of the role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adjust priorities in a fast-moving business environment
