Purpose of Role
Under Armour is looking for an outstanding, high-performing Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A .This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A and collaborates across the organization to ensure the company achieves its financial & strategic goals.
Your Impact
Partner with the business units and key leadership to provide visibility to key revenue & gross margin drivers/stories to help drive the company to hit its financial & strategic targets
Provide analysis and insights into variances between actual and expected revenue & gross margin results; deliver meaningful insights into business performance
Drive key management reporting initiatives at Under Armour; creating key templates and tools for a consistent review of financial data across every part of Under Armour
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to effectively build and manage relationships with cross-functional colleagues and business leaders
Cross-collaborate with partners in finance, accounting, investor relations, legal, functional teams, etc.
Deliver ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. from an accredited four-year college or university; ideally in business administration, accounting/finance, or economics
2-4 years relevant experience in finance/accounting, analytics, or planning
Experience in financial modeling and management reporting, preferably in a Corporate/Global capacity as part of a medium/large multinational company
Strong knowledge of management reporting best practices, financial reporting, and financial modeling
Exceptional communication skills
Knowledge of corporate finance and technical modeling
Ability to handle confidential information and to strictly adhere to company policies for information disclosure
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required
Collaborator and self-starter who exercises discretion and independent judgment

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from ou rglobal headquarters in Baltimore, MD
Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days week in-office, the remainder of work week remot

Base Compensation
- $81,445.00 - $111,987.70 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
