Purpose of Role

Core responsibilities include driving operational effectiveness, Go-to-Market (GTM) process, and regional communication.

Your Impact

• This role partners with and reports into the Director, Merchandising Operations

• Partner with GTM team to develop calendar inclusive of Merchandising milestones, Enterprise GTM milestones and Regional GTM milestones

• Responsible for the quarterbacking all Merchandising data accuracy and Merchandising system updates

• Develop and drive the processes in the Merchandising function

• Partner with Channel Merchandising teams to help support the sell in process for the commercial team.

• Coordinate deliverables between key cross functional partners.

• Support operational development including implementation and on-boarding of merchandising systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, particularly in coordinating and aligning cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines

• Strong experience in managing data accuracy, system updates, and implementation of new systems

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure with multiple deadlines

• Ability to self-start and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to establish an independent view while effectively collaborating in decision-making forums

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.

  • Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

$74,405.00 - $102,306.60 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
