Senior Professional, Digital Media Planning

Location: Panama Reports to: Consumer Engagement Manager

Summary: Will be responsible for the management of paid media investments in LATAM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible to plan and activate the digital paid activation strategy through the consumer engagement plan.

  • Design the paid investment strategy that will inform budget, programming and channels on an annual level as well as specific campaigns.

  • Set clear KPIs for paid media activations in the markets in line with the markets’ 3YP that will be delivered through consumer engagement plans.

  • Lead collaboration with 3rd party Media, Creative and Social agencies to establish, own and execute media investment strategy and performance.

  • Analyze social/digital data to optimize markets' digital investments; measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals/KPIs

  • Work with cross functional marketing partners (in LATAM and Global) across Brand, Retail and Sports Marketing to align relevant content.

  • Assist in judging retailer co funded media plans, and overall strategy to align with LATAM Marketing plans.

  • Establish and implement innovation and growth strategies to keep pace with changing Media and Social landscape

  • Key partnerships include, but not limited to LATAM Marketing team, Local Marketing Teams in LATAM markets, Global CE team, and Agency partners: including Media and Digital agencies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated Expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook/Adwords reporting, Excel and other tools

  • Demonstrated Expertise in the Media landscape to drive brand health and brand revenue

  • Strong familiarity with digital ad tools, ad products and services

  • Experience in leveraging social and digital in a consumer journey to drive brand health and commerce

  • Ability to build, assess, measure and optimize multi-tiered media plans

  • Analytical, able to create and direct KPIs, scorecarding and optimize plans.

  • Ability to work in a fast pace, always changing environment

  • Work well with diverse / matrixed teams

  • Creative problem solver with high initiative

  • Effective partner management

  • Understanding of digital media trends and best practices

  • High energy, forward-thinking, and quick learner who works well in a fast-paced environment and wants to work within a robust, cutting-edge media program

  • Have an appreciation for what makes high-quality/high performing creative, and an understanding of how it can drive conversions to bring more leads to our clients

  • Have experience managing accounts with requirements for both global and highly localized campaigns
