Purpose of Role

Your Impact

Retail HRBP will own and drive business partnering in providing full-spectrum of HR support to UA Retail teammate. Ultimately, HRBP will serve the role of a strategist and a great supporter for retail teammate to have a great experience as a part of and an ambassador/advocate of brand to drive an extraordinary journey for the brand in the edge of business-growing sphere.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the followings;

• Partner with Retail team to have optimized HC plan for store and develop talent acquisition strategy and sourcing channel including managing pertinent service partners

• Closely work with District manager in enhancing hiring-process and hiring high-performing teammate with open positions

• Enhance teammate experience of on-boarding with periodical on-boarding program including pre-season training

• Schedule and conduct exit interviews and analyze data & make recommendations for continued improvement and corrective measures.

• Actively engage oneself in driving performance management by partnering with retail team in setting up of KPI/Goal guideline & timeline and executing annual performance/salary review process

• Partner with regional Comp. team to make sure compensation philosophy is in line with company’s and develop compensation program in dynamic mix to place as competitive in the market

• Closely work with Retail & global L&D team to implement regional training initiative and have compliance & necessary product trainings in place

• Proactively handle teammate grievances and other ER issues

• Work with Retail team to build and maintain UA Retail Culture within Korea

• Support HR Manager/HRBP of Korea in local & corporate exercise like Career Frame Work, Engagement & Culture program, e-Leave system, Salary survey and any program to meet compliance requirement

• Work closely with local benefit service providers such as for retirement pension, Group-term insurance and health check-up

• Manage in maintaining PTO record and work with payroll service provider to make sure e-Leave system to be in line with policy and labor law

• Work with HRA to make sure all necessary change or update can be made through payroll and EC

• Provide ad-hoc reports

Qualifications

Intermediate or above level in oral and written English proficiency

 Proven experiences to leverage HR initiatives to enhance process & teammate experience

 Proven experience in day-to-day work management in teammate relationship strong & time management efficient

 Experiences in engaged to Global HR projects

 Strong knowledge of HR system and database, HR best practice, people development

 Experience in independently handling of ER issue is preferred

 Work independently and ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven and dynamic environment

 Ability to handle multiple HR projects simultaneously with excellent personal organizational skills and high attention to detail.

 Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams internally and externally

 Ability to be a part of a team, set challenging standards, develop strong partnerships, and lead others to action

 Strong computer skill; proficiency with Excel, MS Word, Power point and Visio

 A track record of providing robust HR support in a high-growth or starting organization
